Stopping the Common Cold In Its Path

3. Drink a lot of water. The entire body demands a minimum of sixty four ounces of water a day to survive. Keeping correctly hydrated is what allows your body flush toxins out. If you aren’t properly hydrated, microbes just refuse to leave instead of getting flushed out. Do not forget: your body can last about a week without eating solid food. Your system may only last a day or two if you don’t stay hydrated. This alone ought to make you understand just how important proper hydration is.

The common cold doesn’t really have a proper remedy. What can be done, however, is practice common sense, wash your hands a lot, get sufficient rest each night and stay properly hydrated.
